Keep Grinding Basketball and the Grind & Hoop Factory strives its best to offer the highest level of quality service to our clients and basketball family. Booking Policy 

​

All appointments MUST be booked 24 hours in advance. Bookings must be made directly from the Pushpress Members app.

Refund Policy

​

All sales and purchases are final. There are NO REFUNDS under any circumstance. We ask that you please understand that all workout packages and subscriptions have an expiration date. If sessions have not been completed prior to the expiration date, the remaining workouts are no longer accessible.  These sessions DO NOT rollover into the next billing period. Once expired, a renewal or new purchase is required to continue workouts, packages, and/or subscriptions.

Cancellation Policy

​

Keep Grinding Basketball trainers and admins are not responsible for cancelling sessions for clients. All cancellations and rescheduled appointments on the client's behalf must be made through the app. Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours prior to the start of the scheduled session or workout time. If a late cancellation occurs, the previous scheduled workout cannot be rescheduled and a new purchase must be made to schedule another workout.

Reschedule Policy

​

To reschedule a workout, a notice must be made at least 6 hours prior to the start of the scheduled workout. Rescheduling can only be done through the app.

 

 

No Show Policy

​

There will be NO makeups sessions or rescheduling for no shows. 

​

Academy Policy

 

Each plan requires a two​ month commitment.  A 30 day written notice is required if you plan to withdraw from the Academy. You will be billed/charged if notice is not made prior to the 30 day window of the next billing cycle.

Facility Policy

​

Parents/Guardians are not allowed in the facility during skill sessions or classes, but may enter during the last 5 minutes to pickup your athlete. If you are granted access to view a skill session, video recordings are not permitted at any point.
